My husband visited today in search of a hail car cover as our garage door is broken and the car needs to remain outside for the foreseeable future. With the storms predicted over Christmas we were a bit worried about possible hail damage. Huge thanks to your staff member Georgie, she was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, covering all aspects of taking care of the customers needs including making sure she signed him up to your rewards program.

Great service. Walked in to buy wiper blades. Staff ended up going out to my car parked up the street, removing blades and fitting the exact ones I needed. Very satisfied.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. It was late and raining and on close time, I was 10mins out they waited for me before locking up to get my much needed battery. Both staff members very helpful. The young gentleman actually came out after work, he stayed with me in the rain and helped, to make sure I got on the road safely. I have been to a few auto barns over the years, always great customer service. But this was exceptional! Thanks heaps guys. Hopefully I don't break down again, but I will back to shop.
The staff at Autobarn in Maryborough are amazing. Rob especially is so knowledgeable, goes out of his way to be helpful. He is a massive asset to this business. He deserves more money
